INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Winter 2025 Gin
  • 10ml Maple Syrup
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • Mediterranean Tonic


METHOD

  1. Grab your favorite short glass and top it up with ice.
  2. Winter 2025 Gin
  3. Maple Syrup 10ml
  4. Lime Juice 15ml
  5. Top up with Mediterranean Tonic
  6. Garnish Sage Leaf
