A Summers Kiss Cocktail in a short glass with rose petal and mint garnish

Summer's Kiss

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Juno Extra Fine
  • 15ml Limoncello
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml honey syrup (2:1 honey and boiling water)
  • 90ml tonic water
  • Ice
  • Rose Petals and Fresh Mint


METHOD

  • Squeeze lemon juice into glass, add a large scoop of ice
  • Add Juno Extra Fine Gin, Limoncello and tonic water.
  • Stir ingredients
  • Add honey syrup to taste.
  • Garnish with rose petals and mint, crushing mint slightly to release mint essence.
