Spring Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 45mls Spring 2025 Gin
  • 20mls Mandarin juice
  • 15mls Sage and Horopito sugar syrup
  • 5mls Lime Juice


METHOD

  1. Make syrup (1:1 ratio of boiling water and sugar, fresh sage and horopito)
  2. In a shaker, add the Juno Spring 2025 Gin, freshly squeezed mandarin and lime juice, & sugar syrup.
  3. Add ice & shake.
  4. Double Strain the cocktail into a coupe or martini glass.
  5. Garnish with dried orange or mandarin.
