An On the Green cocktail with cucumber garnish next to a bottle of Juno Extra Fine Gin

On the Green

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
  • 100ml Apple Juice
  • 2 Slices of Cucumber
  • 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 Wedges of Lime
  • 2 Apple Slices


METHOD

To make the cucumber skewer garnish, use a peeler to create a long thin strip of cucumber, then thread it onto the skewer.

  • Cut Cucumber slices, lime wedges and apple, then add to your glass with basil.
  • Add Juno Extra Fine Gin
  • Top with Ice
  • Add apple juice
  • Stir and enjoy
