A Passionfruit Punch cocktail in a tall glass with mint next to a bottle of Juno Extra Fine Gin

Juno Passionfruit & Gin Punch

INGREDIENTS

  • 400ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
  • 200ml Cointreau
  • 1L Ginger-Beer or Soda Water
  • Half a cup of Passionfruit Pulp
  • 2 Limes cut in wedges
  • Handful of Fresh Mint to garnish


METHOD

  • Add all the ingredients to a large jug or punch bowl and mix to combine
  • Top with crushed ice
  • Add Mint and a sprinkle of passionfruit on top to garnish
