A light pink Frolic cocktail with an apple blossom garnish and a bottle of Juno Spring 2025 Seasonal Gin

Frolic

INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Spring 2024 Gin
  • 20mls Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 Sugar:Boiling Water)
  • Fever Tree Wild Raspberry Tonic
  • 3 wedges Granny Smith Apple


METHOD

Cut up your apple wedges into small chunks and muddle in your shaker.

In your shaker add Spring 2024 Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup & a scoop of ice.

Shake & strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

Top with the Raspberry Tonic and stir.

Garnish with a thick ribbon of apple peel.
