Bitter Beach

INGREDIENTS

  • 30mls Juno Summer 2025 Gin
  • 45mls Pineapple Juice
  • 60mls Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Lavender


METHOD

Top a tall glass with ice.

Add the Juno Summer 2025 Gin, Pineapple Juice & Tonic Water and stir.

Finish with a couple of dases of the Angostura bitters & garnish with some fresh lavender from the garden.
