A Goddess and Saint cocktail in a short glass with lime wedge garnish

The Goddess & Saint

INGREDIENTS

  • 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 30ml of Juno Gin Extra Fine
  • 45ml tonic (or more to taste)
  • Wedges of lime


METHOD

  • Squeeze and drop the lime into a glass.
  • Add gin and Elderflower Liqueur.
  • Top with tonic, then ice.
  • Stir and add garnish.
