A Strawberry Jubilee cocktail with smashed strawberry and basil garnish

Strawberry Jubilee

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Juno Extra Fine Gin
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 3 Fresh Basil leaves
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda


METHOD

In a tall glass muddle 2 Strawberries. Add Juno Extra Fine Gin, Lemon Juice & 2 Basil Leaves.

Stir and top with Ice.

Top with Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda & stir.

Garnish with a Basil leaf.
