An On the Beach cocktail with a bottle of Juno Winter 2025 Seasonal Gin

On the Beach

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Winter 2025 Seasonal Gin
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1 boiling water to sugar)
  • Black salt (for the rim)


METHOD

  • Rim half of a short glass with black salt
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  • Pour (with ice) into the prepared glass.
