Juno Basil Smash INGREDIENTS 45mls Juno Extra Fine Gin 20ml lemon juice 15mls sugar syrup (1:1 sugar : boiling water) 7 basil leaves METHOD Add all ingredients into a shaker with a scoop of ice. Shake and double strain into rocks glass full of ice. Garnish with Basil sprig.
